My goal is to prevent child injuries and fatalities while empowering caregivers to confidently explore the many tools available to help keep their little ones safe. Here, you won’t find fear-based advice—instead, I rely on evidence-based guidelines from trusted organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), and Safe Kids Worldwide. I focus on sharing their best practices to give you the knowledge and confidence to make the safest choices for your child.
I see a unique opportunity to offer personalized recommendations through hands-on consultations in the areas I specialize in: car seat safety, babywearing, safe sleep, and childproofing. I’m here to make sure you’re not left struggling to figure it all out on your own. Let’s work together to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate the journey of caring for the little ones in your life!.
Car Seat Checks
A car seat check is an individualized, hands-on service that ensures your child’s car seat is correctly installed and used according to both the car seat and vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines, as well as current safety standards. A certified technician will evaluate your child’s seat based on their age, weight, and height, check for proper fit and positioning, and show you how to adjust and secure the seat safely. You'll learn how to correctly use harnesses, determine the best installation method (seat belt or LATCH), and know when to transition to the next stage of car seat. The goal is to maximize your child’s safety on every ride—as proper use of car seats can reduce the risk of death by 71% for rear-facing infants and 54% for forward-facing toddlers (NHTSA). Whether you're installing a seat for the first time or want to double-check your setup, this service offers expert guidance and peace of mind.

What Clients are Saying
"Meghan was an absolute dream to work with. I came into our consultation with so many questions and uncertainties, and Meghan provided me with peace-of-mind both at the consult and into present, months later. She made me feel like a confident mom during a time when I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. To date, she continues to show me great support in the different developmental changes for my child. I’m extremely grateful for her and her guidance."
